The patient was a, 18-year-old-Korean unmarried female. She was operated for right-lower abdominal mass. Considering the age and circumstance, right .salpingo-oophorectomy, was perfor mad, The specimen measured approximately 20X15X15cm. And the microscopic.,diagnosiswas dygerminoma of the left , ovary(Fig. 1, 2,.3).
